Orange Box Storage is a great business run by Steve, the business is currently so successful that it is permanently booked between 70-90% of capacity and the marketing focus is to find more tenancies for self storage areas based on what is available.
The Orange Box Storage website has evolved based on the OBS business becoming more and more focused on its core services scrapping services that were not being taken up.
The local affordable secure self-storage along side Steve’s friendly customer service vibe has become the core offering and the new website and other content sources (social and business systems) are being overhauled to represent this.
Orange Box Storage uses Ezi Pay to collect monthly rent from customers and the local email solution Orange Box Storage was using seemed not to be working meaning many customers were not receiving emails.
The research suggested that unless some major changes happened at the DNS level, there was little chance of finding a fix. We migrated the entire operation to Googles G-Suite and the email services were at once resumed and now the entire operation is portable and securely backed up using Google Drive.
